The Krimml waterfalls are part of the most renowned group of waterfalls worldwide. With 350.000 visitors a year, the waterfalls are one of the most popular sights in Austria. The impressive waterfall drop, stretching 380 m, shows the immense power of the water.

The Austrian Alpine Associatoon has created a fee-bsed road that leads to this nature spectacle. The waterfall way is 4 km long and well constructed. Various scenic outposts and look-outs will provide you with stunning views. It will take you approx. 10-15 minutes on foot to get to the bottom waterfall. From there the twisting road will lead you to the top waterfall  (duration walk approx. 1,15h) and further along to the Krimml Achental..
