If the sun happens to occasionally take a day off, not to worry. Whatever the weather, boredom is never a factor here in the beautiful Zillertal. Our provincial capital, Innsbruck is only 60 km from here and always well worth a visit. Also the world-famous Swarovski Company offers guided tours of their Crystal Worlds in Wattens. Rattenberg, famous for its glass manufacturers and the fact that it is Austria’s smallest town, also offers a wide variety of guided tours.
